We have several in-house custom office Document templates and we want the users to be able to select one of these templates when creating new documents from the TEAMS interface or from with in a SharePoint Library.
I know this is possible for a single site collection through content type, however we want this to be auto-available for all the existing sites and also automatically to the sites which will be created n future

@sandeeppothedar Unfortunately this functionality is still not available and there are many organizations asking for it (both in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint). I have registered a suggestion in Feedback Portal. Everyone who want this functionality to be developed/made available please give it a vote here:
