Custom Function in Teams

our management wants to utilize Microsoft teams in Warehouse tasks by doing all workflow on teams like below 

1-Order Desk creates an incoming shipment

2-Warehouse workers -pre assigned worker can then log into teams and start receiving via the app

3-They can then confirm if the correct qty has been recived

4-They can also confirm the expiry dates received on the shipment

5-If there are damages they can take photos with the app and it gets assigned to the incoming shipment

VendorsAdmins assigns vendors identification codes

CustomerAdmin assign customer code

 how can i achive this in teams.

@WalidIbrahim This is an Application Development, one way to build apps that can be published within Teams is to use Power Apps, alternatively you can build as a web app and use the Teams toolkit to hook it into Teams.
