Cross organisational meeting: explain "Someone in the meeting should let you in soon"

Brass Contributor

A meeting has been organised by another organisation where I am the presenter and the organiser will not be attending. Joining the meeting now I see:

whereas normally for internally meetings you would get in a see the message "Waiting for others to join"

Will that message change at meeting time or is it an issue when you are not organising the cross organisational meeting?

Any advice appreciated.

Someone in the organizers organization will have to let you in.

@boardtc You are getting this screen because you were rooted to the meeting lobby. One of the other attendees or organizers has to let you in.

The alternative would be for them to go through the meeting options and set everyone to join right into a meeting and bypass the lobby.
