Crestron Flex / Remote control interface?

Copper Contributor

hi there,

i am wondering how the crestron flex UC-C160-T work. as far as i know, these systems consist of a compact win10 pc, connected to a HDMI screen, and a small touchscreen for remote-controlling the teams client. here is a youtube video, showing the setup: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=As0dY-WEhl0

- i guess the win10 pc is running a teams client. what i dont understand is how the client shows only the videoscreen during an active call, but no buttons, controls, ...? is this a special GUI, made by microsoft for crestron?

- the touch screen lists scheduled meetings, and also allows to directly join a meeting or place calls. via which interface does this remote control communicate with the win10 pc (join, mute, call, ...)? is there some 'hidden' interface which allows to remote-control the zoom client?

thx for any input!

hari
