Creating a Class Notebook Section from a channel

Hi,

According to Microsoft Documentation, each time you create a new channel in a class team, a new section is automatically created in the Class Notebook collaboration space ( or contents library depending on settings)

For some reason this does not happen...…..Is their a setting to control this, or is this a Microsoft fault ?
