Couldn't find that room list. - Teams Calendar

Hello!

 

I received a question why we can't insert Location via Teams when booking a meeting so I am trying to make that work.

 

When we try to add Location today it shows nothing so I tried to make a Room List with the code below, but it still shows the same error message in Teams (via client and online).

 

RecipientTypeDetails : RoomMailbox for all the three Rooms

New-DistributionGroup -Name “Rooms” -PrimarySmtpAddress "email address removed for privacy reasons" -RoomList
Add-DistributionGroupMember -Identity “Rooms” -Member email address removed for privacy reasons
Add-DistributionGroupMember -Identity “Rooms” -Member email address removed for privacy reasons
Add-DistributionGroupMember -Identity “Rooms” -Member email address removed for privacy reasons

 (I have choosen to replace the domain with X.com just for this post)

@sammyo Any errors when creating your roomlist? If not it's probably a question of simply waiting longer, data can be cached for several days before refreshing.

 

Normally the roomlist name would be the building they are in.
