could people dial in use phone number for MS teams meeting

Hi, Just wondering can people dial in using a phone number of MS teams meeting?

I find this post:

but when I go to the meeting--'detail' i DID NOT see any number.

any suggestion?

Yes, that is possible but you have to assign a Audio Conferencing license to that user that need this in their meetings. It is only the user that scheduling the meeting that needs this license, not the users that dialling in.

We started using the Audio Conference, it works really well. So some people can be on Teams audio and some on the dial in, its all connected.

Only the person setting up the call needs a higher license (in our case an E5 license includes Audio). Once you set it up, all Teams meetings setup by that person gets the dial in added to the information, but anyone can dial into the number.
