I am working on converting over Teams calling to Zoom for the firm that I work for. I was able to configure Zoom to allow the integration with Teams, and the app was added successfully. Where I'm running into issues is when we are making audio and video calls it’s still defaulting to Teams calling and we’re unsure as to why.
To be clear, here are some screenshots of the phone icons that need to default over to Zoom instead of Teams:
Is it possible to have these icons default to Zoom instead of Teams?
