We have a Microsoft 365 group (e.g. teamA) and associated with Team. In the Team program I can see my team (teamA) with a General channel. I have typed some message in the channel for test yesterday.
Then I browse my team site https://myfirm.sharepoint.com/sites/teamA/ . I can see all the files I uploaded. But when I click on "Conversations" I was redirected to https://outlook.office365.com/ . I clicked on "Conversation History" there is nothing there, even after 24 hours.
Is it some problem?
P.S. We hosted our on-premise exchange servers. Therefore outlook online is not in use. Although I can login by web browser, external email will not be routed to outlook online. Is it cause Team conversations are not logged?
