Control an exam with Teams

Copper Contributor

Hello,

if I have an exam with -say- 40 students I can see on Teams only the last four (9 in the future) that have recently spoken with me.

is that (speaking) the only way to randomly control them? Can I use the "lock at the top" without speaking? I've tried it but it seems not functioning....

Thanks a lot in advance for your reply,

Fabiano

@fabianope Hello Fabiano, the 3x3 roll-out has finally completed and this is how the feature is described.

"We are increasing the number of participants shown on the stage to 9 and making it video optimized. For more than 9 participants, we will prioritize those with video on and show them on the stage. Participants with audio will be shown below the meeting stage. To provide a high audio and video quality experience, the layout logic will consider user bandwidth and alter the number of videos shown to provide the best meeting experience."

As for "pin video" https://support.office.com/en-us/article/adjust-your-view-in-a-teams-meeting-9825091c-0e7d-4c2b-95f5...
