I'm constantly (every 5-10 minutes) receiving a drop down message in Teams saying "Call controls on headsets and other devices aren't available right now", which is shifting my chat view, causing it to lag more than it normally does. I can't find anything in regards to Call Controls in the settings, and the drop down at the top of the window doesn't seem to be a notification option, either. Anyone ever seen this? I've tried searching for the issue and cannot find anything.
I've attached a screenshot of the message I'm referring to.

Please, suggest where to report it.
Seems that this topic is not even read. Should be something easy
to solve and because this problem important stakeholders are suggesting to go away from this product
Same error here. It would be great an option to disable it.
Seems to happen sometimes when I switch windows. It also causes the bottom part of the message area to go out of the scrollable region, so it's necessary to scroll up and down to read new messages.
On business, it is causing miscommunication problems

@zamebResurrecting this thread...
We are solely Office 365 and on Teams. We use the Plantronics 3210 Blackwire USB headset and up until about a week ago, the physical controls worked every time.
Now, I would say it is 80-20 where 80% of the time, they do not work and 20% of the time they do. Very strange behavior and such inconsistency is really disappointing. As most customers we used to u se Skype For Business and were forced to teams (twice!).
While I am in favour of using the latest/greatest technology, I am not in favour of this kind of regressed functionality and inconsistency when it comes to applications.
Anyone else seeing this kind of thing?

@i, we are experiencing a similar issue here, and with my luck its our most senior partners, as well as managing partner.
I have raised a ticket with Jabra, but have come to a dead-end!!!
I really need a resolution here, as it does not affect everyone in the company!!
