Connnection between google agenda and microsoft teams impossible

Hello,

i would like to use be able to connect to teams from google agenda when i create a visio meeting.

Teams is available in the conference tools list, but when i select teams, a error message happens each time. it says in french "connection impossible".

it says :

AADSTS500200: User account 'email address removed for privacy reasons' is a personal Microsoft account. Personal Microsoft accounts are not supported for this application unless explicitly invited to an organization. Try signing out and signing back in with an organizational account.

can you help me to connect teams to google agenda please?
