Conference room phone Shared login gone?

Howdy,

We use Yealink CP960 phone sin our conference rooms.  When we set them up we got the option of logging in as a personal account or a shared account.  The phones log in as the conference room itself so we chose Shared account.  This set it so that the home screen was the calendar and there were no tabs for voicemail, calls, etc.  This was great.

We just installed an upgrade to the Yealink phones and now that feature is gone and the phones log in as a normal account.  This sets the home screen to the Calls screen and has the Voicemail tab and things like that which we don't want on these phones.

I contacted Yealink and they said that Microsoft removed the Shared login option and we'd have to set up these devices in a different want.

So, I'm wondering how we are supposed to set up these devices so they show the conference room calendar on the screen and don't show anything else that you'd see on a normal phone.
