Details:-
- We are planning to remove all physical hardware (Desk Phone) and leverage “Microsoft Teams” for calling(Direct Routing)
- We have already received Phone numbers from Telco Service provider
- Infrastructure configurations are implemented and currently looking to automate number assignment to each user provide which they subscribe
- These phone numbers have to assigned in teams for each user when they subscribe that would be updated in users “Microsoft Teams” profile
- Once it done users “Direct Routing” can be used to make all call’s in teams

Implementation Methods:-
- Option 1 – Via Office 365 Admin Central – This can be done my tenant admins, but it is manual process
- Option 2-- Microsoft Flow + SPFX
- Option 3 - Graph API + SPX
