Hello,

When I am in a Teams meeting, chats popup from other meetings that I have been invited to that are going on at the same time. I did not accept the invite to those meetings. How do I turn off those popup chats from other meetings?

Also, How do I delete the old chats from old meetings I have been in?

In your notification setting from your profile in teams there’s a setting for meetings. Change that to what you prefer.
Also you can mute meeting chats so you won’t get notifications from them.
You can’t delete chats but you can leave meeting chats apart from hide and mute
