Chat

I want to set up something similar to a live chat just within the organization. I want to have a group of 4 members that are available in teams for anyone in the organization to be able to chat with. I don't want the individual starting the chat to have to enter the name of all 4 members. How can I set it up so that the person wanting to chat with this group can just enter a group name and it automatically go to all 4 members?

You cannot from within Teams itself by starting a new chat. However you have an option of deep linking. So you can basically create a group chat with those 4 people, name it, and even start a message to it all form a single URL. You would have to publish this somewhere in a Team annoucement, e-mail, news article etc. Then people can use it to start the chat. Once started, they will then have it in their chat list to favorite/pin.
