Not sure if this is the right forum to ask this! Apologies if it is.
I'm trying to find a way to trigger a rating of some kind after every chat interaction within a Team.
We're currently supporting over 100 staff members through an internal Team we have setup (and its working quite well), but getting an idea on quality is proving to be difficult.
Would anyone have any recommendations on an App/Addon I could use, where we could trigger a rating type question when a chat has been resolved? Something where the requester can maybe give a thumbs up/down?
