Chat disable on mobile apps but can chat at desktop version

hi master,

 

i have 1 situation. organizer meeting can chat in desktop apps but cannot chat on mobile apps. error like attached. already re log in and still same issue. any idea?

Solution

Open a support case and report it. Not that the previous 10 times I reported this made any difference, but hey, you never know :)
