I had to update quite a lot of my colleagues business roles due to promotion. I changed the business role in Azure AD and the organization chart in Teams shows the new business role. But when I search for a contact in Teams it still shows the old role in the list. My question is if this is just matter of time until it changes or isn't this connected to the AD business role and where does it need to be changed? Is it comming from the Outlook business card?
Hello Erik I could reproduce, and I had to log off/log in again from Teams to see the reflected job title in the search results. So it's probably cached somewhere.
