Changed meeting policy to view-only.....will meetings scheduled retroactively need new invites?

Hi,

 

We recently changed our Global meeting policy to the view-only experience.  A great question came up: will meetings that were scheduled before the change need a new invite?  I wouldn't think that the policy is tied to invites, but it doesn't hurt to ask!

I believe you don't need new invites, but I recommend to do some testings so you have the scenario 100 % clear
I believe you've already answered your own question here. You have toggled on the overflow capability and it will be effective for all users assigned the global policy, it's not tied to invites but still a fair question as it could be "per-organizer" going forward.
