Change time for zone

Hello Teams Community,

Please I need your help on this issue.

I noticed that the time zone announcement in Teams is not correct. When you display a colleague's portrait and check the time difference, it shows the wrong time difference.

I assume that this happens due to daylight saving. My question is if I can modify the time for each time zone in the Teams Admin center
