is there a list of certified teams switches?

There is no category for certified Teams switches, what type of switch were you thinking of?
I'm assuming you're talking about networking switches? I don't think there is anything about certification for switches.

If you're looking to support things like E911, then you'll need to make sure LLDP support is available. If you're planning on auto-segmentation for phones then LLDP-MED will be needed. These are standard type features, but not required unless you're looking for those specific functionalities.
