It is disappointing to see that the latest MS Teams update to desk phones (Yealink) that they are now locked down to the extent that call history cannot be viewed.
I understand CAP phones which are public facing should be totally locked down, however we have CAP phones which are shared by team members who need to view call history.
Surely Microsoft can allow admins to apply policies to enable/disable call history etc.
I understand that the CAP license only allows limited functionality, but to not allow call history ....really?

@Graham Walsh I generally use CommonAreaPhoneSignIn, but I have even used usersignin mode with the same result.
