Cant Access File Through My ISP

Hello Guys, I have some funny problems with my Teams. I Have recently found this issue. i can't access the Teams File via my ISP, I Used a Wi-Fi connection to connect all my devices, and not only the desktop apps cant access the file, so did my android device and I cant access it via the web too. I tried using a mobile connection and it just does fine, and using VPN I can access my files.
did anyone know what happens? I don't think my ISP blocked teams though

That's probably something you should address with your ISP support. On O365 side, the only factor that comes into play is if your admin has configured IP-based restrictions for SPO/ODFB via the corresponding controls in the admin center or Conditional access policy. So check for such and if nothing is found, have the ISP run some checks on their end.

@Vasil Michevthanks for the reply. im going to check to my admin first if they made some IP limitation in their end. if not, then I just move using VPN
