Cannot search specific Domains Teams

Hello Teams Community,

Please I need your help on this.

Users inside our organizations cannot search for specific External Teams Users. Even we don't block these domains.

We got the below error

"We can't set up the conversation because your organizations are not set up to talk to each other"
