Cannot save edited post

We found that sometimes we cannot edit and save a conversation in channel. We can click the edit button and we can modify it but after we save it, it is not updated when viewing on other clients. We have confirmed the behavior is the same even when we are using teams on website to edit the post. It will happen when the post contain some pasted images.

Does anyone has similar behavior observed?

I landed here because we have the exact same problem. I didn't know it was related to images, but after reading your post I can confirm this is the case with us as well.
Our workaround now is to use the attachment clip icon to upload the image instead of pasting it.
