It works in iPad, I can logon with the same company email.

Yeah, as Adam said if you could translate the error for us it would help.

Could I ask

1.) Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app on the phone
2.) Are you using the same login as the IPad?

Also on login page click “ login with a different account” type all your login information again

I did reinstall the apps million times

I had attached the ENG version error message

In fact I try to use my colleague email to logon via my iPhone, it able to prompt me to enter password

Download Microsoft Authenticator app if you don't have it, usually this tends to fix odd login issues with Microsoft Apps.

 

Scratch that, you already are logged in. It appears it's one of two things. Either you are logging in with a personal Microsoft account instead of your org account. So whatever account you are logging in with doesn't have Teams setup basically. Make sure you pick work or school account when you login as well if you get prompted for both. 

I am having a similar issue. I am a Microsoft employee and was able to see all my teams chat messages on my iPhone. I was also able to receive teams calls and join meetings. Recently, it is asking me to sign in. I use the authenticator nut when I enter the code I get the following message. Oops - you can't get to this yet. Your device isn't up to date with you organizations policies. Check it's status and take action in your organization's device management portal. In the device manager it states I need to update ios to 14.4.1 but I am already at 14.4.2 so I don't know what to do to start getting my Teams working on my phone again.
