Cannot dial emergency numbers from Teams desktop or app

Whenever I dial 999,111 or any of the emergency numbers, the phone rings and then cuts immediately and sometimes it doesn't ring at all

HI @ice_xo  Is  this a recent development?  There was a bug reported on in this article: https://www.bbc.com/news/technology-59609998

Yeah. Happened in august. Was resolved late last month but the issue resurfaced again recently
