Hi Microsoft Teams Team,
I received a report from my team this issue and tried basic troubleshooting but it's still the same.
*Tried to reinstall (the same)
*Tried to clear cache (the same)
*Tried to open it in browser/mobile (the same)

Thank you for this information. But as per checking on our end it's already working but when we tried to switch the status to away it's taking time to reflect. I hope they can fix this as soon as possible.

My company is having similar issues. My status is set to "In a Call" and am unable to change it to "Available". All other's status shows as "Status Unknown".

@AS anyone found a solution to this problem. Still seeing in it 2021 with at least one of our users.
