Cannot add someone from the contacts list to a call in progress

We have users licensed with Microsoft 365 Business Voice (Phone System, PSTN Calling Plan, and Audio Conferencing). When they are on a call and want to add someone from the contacts list to the call, they can do so using a phone number but not by searching using the contact's name. If we try to search the contact, we will get "Sorry we didn't find any matches."...

Microsoft should add this BASIC feature.
