A couple of ways to potentially fix this

1.) Try it in the Teams web app at https://teams.microsoft.com
2.) Log out of Teams completely, clear the cache (https://commsverse.blog/2018/09/28/clear-the-microsoft-teams-client-cache/) and then log back in, then add again
