Cannot access transcript file

Hi, I transcribed several meetings today for which I was the organizer. The Meeting Transcript icon shows up in the chat log, but nothing happens when I click on it. 

 

Strangely, for meetings where I was NOT the organizer today, I am having no trouble opening the transcript.

 

I have been able to open transcripts from my own meetings in the past. What could be causing this?

Hi, as you can transcribe the policy parameter controlling this is correct so sounds like a service issue. Try signing out and back in again to see if there's any difference. If not I recommend you reaching out to your IT admin to create a support ticket with Microsoft.
