Can you receive a teams call from a group when on DND?

While on Do Not Disturb on Teams priority access can be given to individually. Can the same apply when being called from a group? For example, if I am on DND and a group chat I am part of is called, how can I receive the notification?

Teams priority access only works for users or phone numbers. Groups cannot be added.
