On the side of my teams I have a chat icon showing a red 1, I think, that someone has messaged me but I don't know who.
On a previous teams I thought you'd see all your chats along the side or everyone in the company (maybe with most recent ones at the top) - but even when I click on chat it does'nt show me all chats - nothing happens.
I can only search for all likely contacts and open my chat history with them in turn to look for a new message ?
