One of my students cannot see me live, only my avatar. Any suggestions as to why? Can I help them?

@LisaR32 Hello, is the student using Teams online or the desktop app?

 

Try this. Sign out and back in manually from top right corner (both versions).

If on the app. Reset the Teams desktop cache. Go to Start and type %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams and hit enter. Delete the content in the Teams folder.

 

If no luck and using the Teams desktop app, reinstall it.
