Can't Open Office Files in Teams

I and one other user cannot open Office files (Excel, Word, etc) in Teams. We can open pics and PDFs. 
We can open the files in Sharepoint by visiting the team page. 
Cannot open files in web app, desktop, or phones. 

We're probably the only people that regularly use teams at home, but not the only ones. 

 

I am the admin. No changes were made to O365 or Teams permissions. 
Signing out has not helped. Logging into a virtual PC I have set up does the same thing. 
Also tried setting myself to Owner of one of the teams. 

Issue is just like this thread. (No answer.)

Hi Joe,

Assuming you are licenced for Office Online - I would personally open a ticket with Microsoft Support on this one considering you have already performed several remedial actions and that it is happening on the web client - this usually points to an issue with your user.

@Christopher Hoard I happened to close Teams at lunch and didn't reopen until 5pm. Works now. 
Seems like some sort of login cache issue. 

I didn't sign out on my phone, but wasn't using teams. 
I was also signed into Office all day.
