Can't manage work account because it's attached to personal email

Hi everyone, I don't know how I did it but I attached a work account (Microsoft Teams) to my personal email and that is an issue because I want to manage the data but I have been blocked because when I need to verify the account It blocks my email and I don't know how can I delete the account. What should I do?
