Can't assign phone number to user

Hello Team Community,


Please i need your help on this.


When I change my user license from Business Voice to Teams Phone I can no longer be assigned a phone number. When I search for my name in i got the error that no results were found.

But Changing the license back to Business Voice fixes it.


Does anyone have an idea how to resolve this
