Is there any way I can assign any specific person to start the Teams meeting?

Hi,

Ideally any internal (Org) user can start the meeting, however you can restrict the external parties from starting the meeting, but unable to assign who can start the meeting specifically.

Consider using the ”people I invite” lobby option and ”specific people” for the presenter role.
