I will be setting an all day Teams meeting with a lobby. People within my organization will be allowed to bypass the lobby. External email address attendees (clients) will be placed in the lobby until admitted into the meeting. We will have multiple clients attending and leaving this Teams meeting throughout the day. Will the external email addresses (clients) be able to see a list of all the other names of meeting attendees that joined the meeting throughout the day. I believe the Teams meeting chat will log everyone that joins and leaves. We would prefer if clients that join the meeting can't see that list. If external email address can see the join and leave list, is there something I can do to change that so they can't see that?
