Hi we have the E1 subscription and use Teams.
We also have an Avaya PBX with SIP trunks.
We are wanting to make outgoing calls to mobiles using Teams
If we setup an Avaya SBC and direct call routing to our SIP trunk provider Gamma
Do we need any extra licenses on the Microsoft side?
or is there another way we could do it?
Thanks

Avaya SBC are not certified to be supported with Microsoft Teams Direct Routing. You can reach out to different Service Providers and they can support Teams Direct Routing using their Cloud Platform. Below is the list of SBC Supported with Teams Direct Routing.
