Calling one to one on chat cannot be established. When connecting, it says "Sorry cannot be connected at this time".  The screen sharing was also not working. It showed a blank screen with just the profile picture. The screen sharing worked when we unchecked in Settings - "Turn on new meeting experience (New meetings and calls will open in separate windows. Requires restarting Teams.)" We do screen share, turn on unmute and turn off screen share to be on the call now. We are able to connect on phone and mac. This issue is only on the windows PC. What is the fix?

Hi @MahalakshmiB   Are you using the app?  Have you tried clearing the cache?  There is a similar question from our answers.microsoft.com tech support site that describes how to do that.  Let the community know if you're still having issues after trying that.

Hi @ThereseSolimeno Yes. I am using the desktop app. Tried calling with the web app and it works fine. I have cleared the cache as mentioned in that post. Still doesn't connect using desktop app.
