Calling a 1800 number through teams headset and the person on the other end cant hear me

We have a relationship through work with a bank that has a 1800 number. When we call we can hear them but they cant hear us. Very frustrating after you have been on hold for 20 mins and then they hang up as they cant hear you. Does anyone have a solution? Please!

Do you have any more information about your setup? Are you using Calling Plans in Teams or Direct Routing?
