Caller ID Policy with Resource account

Hello Teams Community,

 

Please i need your help on this issue.

 

We need to create a Caller ID policy that will be attached to a set of Users. I have tried both options described in Microsoft Docs both Failed:

 

See Screenshot attached for more details on Error Messages and Commands Run.

Please seek tech support assistance at answers.microsoft.com, where there are authorized Microsoft agents available to further troubleshoot with you until your issue is resolved.
