Really like the Voice enabled channels for call queues and the ability for the users to easily add members to the Team and being able to see who's active.
The one problem we have is some of our call queue teams would like to enable Serial ringing for the Team in the order they choose. This is completely possible if you manually create the list of agents but unable to see how to achieve this with a Team or a distribution list.
