Call Queues redirection

Last time I notice that straight redirection to Voicemail was enabled in Call Queues.

 

But I face some issue - when i setup that and save, voicemail that I put disapears.

Hi @msabat ,

 

We noticed too that the number is not visible after applying but it does take effect if that helps.

@henryarphillips365 So even there is no voicemail when I setup it, all should works fine, right?

Solution
I mean the way to find out is to test but yes we have found that although choosing the VM option and the selected Group not showing in the GUI, all does still work as expected.
