Call queue not working properly

Hello, 

 

Please I need your help. I have some colleagues who is trying to connect with the call queue but they can't find it in teams.

But older colleagues can find the call queue but new colleagues can't. 

 

They all have a phone system licenses assigned to them and the resource account.

 

Please is there a way to let new colleagues connect to the call queue?

When you say new colleagues can't find it do you mean they aren't able to search the CQ in teams address book? I assume all users can call the phone number associated with the Call Queue correct? When were these new colleagues accounts provisioned, maybe it is just a delay?

Also can the new colleagues search the call queue in teams web client?
