Call Queue cannot be attached to channel by "Teams Administrator" but by Global Admin

Hi everyone,


we are kinda new into Teams Voice.

My colleague tries to attach a call queue to a Teams Channel. He is Teams Administrator.

He gets an error that he needs more permissions.


Does he also need explicit rights to the Teams?


We have splitted our IT user accounts - the Admin user has no Teams license.

For whom it may concern...

The admin users have no license for Teams - so this was the problem.
After assigning a license and wait for a day it worked
