Call Controller timed out while waiting for acknowledgement




Getting the error in the logs when calls are trying to be delivered to Teams users. This is from the SfB logs where calls are coming in through a gateway into Skype for Business (Trusted Application Server) and then out to the Teams user (via EDGE server).


The call is offered to the Teams user but once they click Accept, there's a 5-10 second gap and then the call disconnects.


This is not happening on every call. I've not seen this error before and googling it shows it's not been seen much before either.

Error seems to point to some sort of networking\routing issue but looking for some more assistance if anybody can help.
