Call Button Greyed Out

Hi,

Please could you help with calling team members?

Setting up scheduled meetings works fine however, calling from a chat window does not appear and the video/call button is greyed out when you hover over the profile.

Please could you advise asap.

Hi, take a look in the Teams Admin Center under Calling Policies.  Is the option to Make private calls set to off?
